INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

PlanetWallArt.com is excited to be partnering with a third party to service our international customers! Shipping worldwide is calculated based on our third party shipping provider rates, however this may not include any other duties or import taxes that occurs in your country depending on your country's rules & regulations. Please allow 7-14 business days for US Shipping, up to 15 business days for Canada.

Worldwide shipping is approximately 9-19 days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you! Shipping times do not include processing time for your order and we are not responsible for delays in shipping time.

RETURNS POLICY

In order to protect the environment and to operate economically, we only print our designs on demand hence we do not store our art. Each canvas will go through a personalized quality control which won't be possible if we had our designs already in stock.

Due to this reason we only offer refunds for the following reasons:

Streaking/ Banding, Ink scratches or spits, Damaged in transit

PlanetWallArt.com is not responsible for shipping delays of any sort except damage or loss. In case of a loss, we will send you a brand new canvas at our cost. If you would like to register a flaw, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 days after the delivery. We will send you a replacement canvas or refund the paid amount via Credit Card, PayPal or a Gift Card.

Note: Personalised or Custom Artwork is not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note: Cancellations are only possible up to 24 hours after purchasing. We print thousands of designs per day hence a cancellation after this time period won't be possible.
